7. THE COUNTRY STORE EXTENSION OF APPROVALS: Located at 1315-1319 Lake Road. 

Applicant Evan Gefell of Costich Engineering is requesting a ONE YEAR EXTENSION OF FINAL SITE PLAN AND SUBDIVISION APPROVALS to raze the existing Country Store and residence to construct a 4,000 square foot building that will house a restaurant / convenience store with canopied gas pumps. The building will also contain three apartments above the restaurant / store with associated parking.
