Applicant Steven Schlegel is requesting area variances to allow a 41’ front buffer area where 50’ is required and a 17’ rear buffer area where 25’ is required associated with the construction of a 60’ x 112’ storage building with a 24’ x 112’ enclosed lean-to on a 1.12-acre parcel having SBL # 081.01-1-62 located in an LC-II Low Intensity Commercial District under Section 225-16 of the Code of the Town of Webster.

2.)  595 COUNTY LINE ROAD ACCESSORY BUILDING: Located at 595 County Line Road.

Applicant Elizabeth Mason is requesting an area variance to allow a 30’ building height, where a maximum of 20’ is allowed, associated with the construction of a 2,496-sf accessory building on a 6.2-acre parcel having SBL # 066.01-1- 68 located in an LL Large Lot Residential Zoning District under Section 225-36 of the Code of the Town of Webster.

3.)  507 SWEET MAPLE RUN ACCESSORY BUILDING: Located at 507 Sweet Maple Run.

Applicant Brian Munson is requesting an area variance to allow a 25’ rear setback where 50’ is required associated with the construction of a 1,200-sf accessory building on a 1.4-acre parcel having SBL # 078.11-1-86.1 located in an R-3 Single Family Residential Zoning District under Sections 225-11 and 225-36 of the Code of the Town of Webster.

4.)   884 LAKE ROAD GARAGE ADDITION: Located at 884 Lake Road.

Applicant Jeffrey Riedel is requesting an area variance to allow a 70’ front setback where 85’ is required associated with the construction of a 25’ x 26’ attached garage addition on a 1.4-acre parcel having SBL # 049.10-1-15 located in an R-1 Single Family Residential Zoning District under Section 225-9 of the Code of the Town of Webster.

5.)   430 PELLET ROAD ACCESSORY BUILDING: Located at 430 Pellet Road.

Applicants Fred and Robin Schmitt are requesting area variances to allow a second accessory building, where only one is allowed and a building height of 21’ where a maximum of 20’ is allowed associated with the construction of a 30’ x 40’ accessory building on a 4.4-acre parcel having SBL # 049.03-1-13 located in an LL Large Lot Residential Zoning District under Section 225-36 of the Code of the Town of Webster.

Applicant Ken Corpus is requesting an area variance to allow a 5’ side setback where 15’ is required associated with the construction of a 10’ x 16’ shed on a .28-acre parcel having SBL # 065.02-2-61 located in an R-3 Single Family Residential Zoning District under Section 225-48 of the Code of the Town of Webster.

7.)   235 ROYAL PARKWAY SHED: Located at 235 Royal Parkway.

Applicant Susan Saunders is requesting area variances to allow a 6’ rear setback where 15’ is required and a 6’ side setback where 15’ is required associated with the construction of a 12’ x 10’ shed on a .42-acre parcel having SBL # 063.18-4-7 located in an R-3 Single Family Residential Zoning District under Section 225-48 of the Code of the Town of Webster.

8.) 620 WILD MALLARD TRAIL POOL PAVILLION: Located at 620 Wild Mallard Trail.

Applicant Mary Dombovy is requesting an area variance to allow a 21’ rear setback where 55’ is required associated with the construction of a 20’ x 30’ open-air pool pavilion on a 1.12-acre parcel having SBL # 064.01-2-90 located in an R-2 Single Family Residential District under Sections 225-10 and 225-36 of the Code of the Town of Webster.
