Waterfront Art Festival coming to Webster

Posted on July 2, 2015 at 11:33 AM by PattiAnn Schultz

The 42nd Annual Waterfront Art Festival will be coming to North Ponds Park on Saturday and Sunday, July 25th and 26th, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. each day.

The festival will feature over 120 different artists and vendors from around the county. Art and other high quality, handmade crafts in all price ranges will be available. The artists will set up booths around North Ponds Park and it will be a very walk able route for all.

North Pond Park offers a lot of shade and is a beautiful location to hold a festival. Also available will be a wine and beer tasting tent which will be a new feature to this year’s festival.

Free parking will be offered at Xerox with shuttle service each day from Xerox to the festival site.

The Town of Webster is excited to host the 42nd Annual Waterfront Art Festival this year and it fits in nicely with the Village of Webster’s Jazz concert Saturday night, July 25th located right on Main Street in the Village.

So Webster residents mark your calendars as Saturday, July 25th will be a day (and night!) of fun activities in Webster, and we hope you take some time to take it all in and support the Town and Village of Webster.

The Webster Chamber of Commerce calculates that these two events will bring many outside people in to Webster and it will strengthen the local economy by an estimated $1.2 to $1.4 million just for this weekend. This local economic boost will help many small businesses in Webster, and also helps businesses keep Webster residents employed during these difficult economic times.

It is a good time to be a Webster resident and so let’s all come together and pull out the welcome mats on July 25th and 26th to entertain the many visitors that will be descending on our community and show them our Webster hospitality.

As always, if you have any questions about your town government, please feel free to contact me during regular business hours at (585) 872-7068; or email me anytime at
