After a week of being closed for renovations, the Webster Public Library reopened last Monday with its new entrance at the rear of the plaza building. The plaza owner is providing the funds for these renovations to allow for more parking in the front of the plaza for the business. Parking in the rear should be dedicated for library patrons and so far the new tiered system seems to be working out well.
The library still has two more phases to go in their renovation process and a grand opening could take place in early or late summer. In this process, the library acquired 4,000 square feet of additional space. These renovations are not costing the town residents any more money in rent because this was negotiated as part of the town agreeing to these entrance changes.
Please be patient as the renovations progress as there could still be some noise and other disturbances as we move to the finish line with this project all in the name of making our Webster Public Library a better place to visit.
Construction has started on the Pet Saver store which will occupy some empty store fronts that currently exist in the plaza. Stayed tuned for grand opening information.
Latest Store at Town Center Plaza
I have been informed that the latest store moving in to open store front space next to LA Fitness will be Yankee Candle. I do not know the official date for opening, but have been told that they will be opening soon in Towne Center.
