Leaf mulch is once again available at the Webster Town Hall while the supply lasts. The Webster Highway Department takes pride in recycling the leaves they pick-up each year and turning them in to usable mulch for Webster residents to use. The process the Highway Department uses saves our landfills from having thousands of plastic bags filled with leaves decaying for years and using up valuable space in our landfills.
No contractors or engine powered equipment is to be used to load trucks or cars with mulch and only Webster residents should be taking the mulch but that is difficult to enforce.
