Live Streaming Now Available!

Posted on May 1, 2017 at 2:09 PM by PattiAnn Schultz

With the equipment upgrades completed, Cable Channel 12 is now able to stream all of the town’s board meetings LIVE on the town’s website.  This new service will allow residents who do not have Spectrum Cable to still view the board meetings as they happen.

To access the Live Board meetings on line, visit and select the blue tab on the right side labeled “Watch Town Meetings”.  On the evening of the meetings, a new channel will be activated on the main page.  It will appear as a box with a TV icon and will be labeled “LIVE Board Meeting”.  Once selected, a new page will appear with a Live streaming picture of the Board Room.

Live streaming will occur on the following nights:

  • Town Board Meetings, 1st and 3rd Thursday of the Month at 7:30 p.m.
  • Planning Board Meeting, 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the Month at 7:00 p.m.
  • Zoning Board of Appeals Meeting, 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the Month at 7:00 p.m.
  • Electronic Town Meeting, 2nd Wednesday of the Month at 7:30 p.m.

Sand and Sand Bags

The Town of Webster has sand and sand bags available to residents who may wish to have them to help protect their property from rising water.  Please contact the Highway Department at (585) 872-1443 for more information.

Town Hall Offices Have Moved

Last Friday, April 21st and through the weekend, town employees moved their offices in Town Hall down to space in the Van Ingen Court Building.  This is where the Town Hall offices will be for approximately six months while renovations and upgrades will be completed at the Town Hall.

If you need to conduct any business at the Town Hall, please visit us in our new home at 1002 Ridge Road which is the building behind the Town Hall with the blue roof.  You will be able to pay your taxes there, get a dog license, apply for a building permit, get assessing papers, and any other business you currently do at Town Hall.

The Webster Police Department will remain open to the public within the Town Hall building. If you have an emergency and need police assistance, please dial 9-1-1.

As always, if you have any questions about your town government, please feel free to contact me during regular business hours at (585) 872-7068; or email me anytime at
