On Wednesday, July 12th, for my Electronic Town Meeting I will have as my guests on the show the four foremen that work and oversee the Town of Webster Highway Department and its employees. The “Men of the Highway” are Jeff Kujawa, Joe Kasper, Joe Marrapese and Paul Fennell. They will be answering questions about all aspects of the Highway Department and the jobs they do during the various seasons of the year.
The show starts at 7:30 p.m. on Cable channel 12 if you have a cable box, and channel 5.12 if you have a direct wire into your television. Please tune in and learn exactly what these hard working Webster employees do on your behalf each and every day throughout the year either plowing snow, fixing roads, picking up leaves, doing drainage, filling sand bags and any other related work for the town.
Coming Soon … The Webster Waterfront Art Festival
The Waterfront Art Festival in its third year here in Webster and will be held on Saturday, July 29 and Sunday, July 30th at North Ponds Park. There will be various vendors there selling their wares around the beautiful setting of the ponds at North Ponds both days.
Also available will be food trucks and entrainment for your listening and dining enjoyment. There is a FREE shuttle service to North Ponds Park available if you park your car at the Xerox parking lot on Phillips Road (across from Webster’s Parks & Recreation facility), then take a bus back and forth from there to North Ponds Park.
This has been an extremely popular event the last two years, and I hope Webster residents spread the word and once again come out and support the Webster Waterfront Art Festival.
As always, if you have any questions about your town government, please feel free to contact me during regular business hours at (585) 872-7068; or email me anytime at email@example.com
