The annual Organizational Meeting of the Town of Webster for 2019 will be held on Monday, December 31, 2018. This meeting will take place in the Town Board Room (located behind the main Town Hall building next to the Justice Courts) at 12:00 p.m.
All residents are invited to attend and witness the Town Board take actions on many levels that will impact residents in 2019.
The Town Board will be selecting attorneys to represent the Town Board, Planning Board and Zoning Board of Appeals for 2019, along with selecting local residents to represent Webster on the Planning, Zoning and Conservation Boards.
We will also be nominating the banks that will be designated as depositories for town funds in 2019, along with setting the calendar for our employees for holidays and to also designate days the Town Hall will be closed. There will be new fees established and, once again, we will be making the Webster Herald the official newspaper of the Town of Webster where legal notices will be placed.
There will be no swearing-in of any elected officials for 2019 as elections for Supervisor, two council members and one Town Justice will take place in November with the swearing in taking place in January, 2020.
