Per Executive Order 202.15, this Board Meeting is CLOSED to in-person attendance.

TABLED MATTERS:


1. 1041 RIDGE ROAD SELF STORAGE FACILITY: Located at 1041 Ridge Road. 

Applicant Ridge Road Golf LLC is requesting a use variance to allow the construction of a self-storage facility on a 5.93-acre parcel having SBL # 079.150-1-8.006 located in an MC Medium Intensity Commercial District under Section 225-17 of the Code of the Town of Webster.


2. 185 LAKE ROAD: Located at 185 Lake Road. 

Applicant John Casciani is requesting area variances to allow the following:

a.) A lot size of 7,900 square feet where 18,000 square feet is required

b.) A front setback of 38’ where 70’ is required

c.) Side setbacks of 5’ where 15’ is required

d.) Building height of 39’ where 30’ maximum is allowed


SCHEDULED MATTERS:


1. 550 WEST ROAD DECK: Located at 550 West Road. 

Applicant Thomas Bogino is requesting an area variance to allow a 34’ front setback where 50’ is required associated with the construction

of a 5’ x 8’ front deck to a single family dwelling on a .28-acre parcel having SBL # 063.11-3-32 located in an R-3 Single Family Residential District under Section 225-11 B of the Code of the Town of Webster.
