Minutes to be considered for approval:       November 5, 2020

Regular Town Business:

      1.    Consideration to approve purchase orders, bills, and prepaid warrant as submitted by the Director of Finance.

      2.    Resolution to adopt the 2021 Town of Webster budget. 

      3.   Resolution to adopt the Town of Webster "Fund Balance Policy".

      4.   Resolution to approve the revised Town of Webster "Investment Policy".

      5.   Resolution to approve the revised Town of Webster "Procurement Policy".

      6.   Resolution to approve the 2021 Fee Schedule for the Town of Webster.

      7.   Resolution to authorize the Supervisor to sign an agreement for advanced life support

            services in the Town with North East Quadrant Advanced Life Support, Inc. in the 

            amount of $50,000.00 for January 1, 2021 thru December 31,2021.

      8.   Resolution to declare the following as an asset transfer from the Webster Assessor’s 

             Office for recycling.                         

               •    Desk, Asset # 3186

               •    Desk, Asset # 3490

       9.   Resolution to declare the following as an asset transfer from the Webster Parks and 

             Recreation Department for recycling.   

               •    Old portable sound system from Ridgecrest, Asset # 02957
