With the recent resurgence of the COVID-19 virus, and in an effort to protect the health and safety of both the customers we serve and the employees of the Town of Webster, we are expanding our online and virtual methods for conducting business.
The Department of Public Works will continue to provide all essential and common services such as issuing building permits, conducting inspections, and providing answers & guidance to customer's questions.
Building permit applications and code requirements can be found on the Town's website at: ci.webster.ny.us/171/Permit-Information-Applications. Building Permit applications may be submitted in the drop box located in the front (Ridge Road) vestibule of Town Hall, mailed in via USPS, or emailed electronically to firstname.lastname@example.org. General questions can be answered by calling 872-7036 during normal business hours.
Planning & Zoning Board applications can be submitted via the drop box located in the front (Ridge Road) vestibule of Town Hall, mailed in via USPS, or submitted electronically to: Planningemail@example.com. Upon receipt and review of application material accompanied by the appropriate fee, you will be contacted by Town staff with a hearing date. General questions relating to the application and approval process can be answered by calling 872-7032 and specific or technical zoning code-related questions can be answered by calling 872-7028.
