Minutes to be considered for approval:     April 15, 2021

Public Hearing - Continuation from April 15, 2021 Public Hearing on Rezoning of lands on 250 Salt Road 

from R2 to R3.

Open to the Floor- each speaker will be allowed five minutes

Regular Town Business:

1.   Consideration to approve purchase orders, bills, and prepaid warrant as submitted by the Director of Finance.

2.   Resolution to approve 2021 budget transfers as presented by the Director of Finance.

3.   Resolution to authorize the Supervisor to sign a purchase and sale contract for 18.11 acres located on Lake Road, Tax Map No: 050.02-1-50 in the amount of $60,000.00.  

4.   Resolution to approve a Fill Permit at 833 Lake Road.

5.    Resolution to approve a license agreement to install a shed within a conservation easement at 532 Deer  Haven Drive. 

6.   Resolution to approve a license agreement to install a fence within a drainage easement at 1116 Stonegate Drive.                                        

7.  Resolution to declare the following as an asset transfer from the Webster Highway Department for auction.  

·         Dump Truck: 10-12 Wheel Sterling, Asset # 02284

8.  Resolution to declare various items as asset transfers from the Webster Sewer Department for  recycling or auction.  

9.   Resolution to declare the following item Nunc Pro Tunc as an asset transfer from the Webster Sewer Department for auction.

·         2010 Chevy Silverado Pickup, Asset# 4029
