Proclamation: Recognition of the life and works of Professor Wolodymyr “Mirko” Pylyshenko.

Open to the Floor- each speaker will be allowed five minutes

Minutes to be considered for approval: August 5, 2021

Regular Town Business:

1. Consideration to approve purchase orders, bills, and prepaid warrant as submitted by the Director of Finance.

2. Resolution to approve a license agreement to allow a fence in a drainage easement at 361 Anna Circle.

3. Resolution to provide a review and referral to the Planning Board for an office park and (2) hotels to be

located on Publisher’s Parkway, per Town Code 225-19.1 H (1)

4. Resolution for the Town Supervisor to sign the Inter-Municipal Agreement for the School Resource Officers

for the 2021-2022 school year.

5. Resolution to appoint Debra DeMinck as the School Tax Collector for the 2021-2022 school year for

properties in the Town of Webster located in the Wayne Central School District.

6. Resolution declaring the Town Board for the Town of Webster to act as Lead Agency for the Wastewater

Pollution Control Facility Asset Renewal Project and Water Resources Recovery Facility Improvements

Project.

7. Resolution to schedule a public hearing required under NYS Town Law 202(b) regarding the

proposed Wastewater Pollution Control Facility Asset Renewal Project and Water Resources Recovery

Facility Improvements Project.

8. Resolution to declare the following items as asset transfers from the Webster Police Department to

Webster Parks and Recreation.
