Gabriele, at 943 Ridge Road, Webster, New York. 


Scheduled Items:

1. 2225 EMPIRE ROAD: Application to discuss the use variance granted by the Zoning Board of Appeals on August 28, 2018,, pursuant to Webster Town Code § 225(D) by Applicant Enterprise Rent-A-Car of 2225 Empire Road, Webster, New York. 


2. 293 PRINCETON ROAD: Application for an area variance at 293 Princeton Road, Webster, New York, to allow: 

   a. The installation of a 10 X 16 foot front porch with a thirty (30.0) foot front setback, where fifty (50.0) feet is required, pursuant to Webster Town Code § 225- 11(B)(5)(a);
