Town Board Meeting Agenda for: January 17, 2019

Presentation: Recognition of Kathy Tanea, Director of Finance, for her years of service to the Town of Webster.

Regular Town Business:

1.    Consideration to approve purchase orders, bills, prepaid warrant, transfers and budget amendments as submitted by the Director of Finance. 

2.    Resolution to appoint Mr. Paul Adams as the Town of Webster Director of Finance, as of January 28, 2019 to fulfill Kathy Tanea’s term ending  

         December 31, 2019.

3.    Resolution to appoint Jonathan Zodarecky as a new member to Webster’s Special Police Unit.

4.    Resolution to appoint Giovanni Cambareri as a new member to Webster’s Special Police Unit.

5.    Resolution to authorize the Supervisor to sign a Service Agreement with Waste Management of New York, LLC, for services at the Town of 

          Webster Highway Department.  

6.    Resolution to authorize the Supervisor to sign a Service Agreement with Waste Management of New York, LLC, for services at the Webster Town 

           Hall, Webster Police Department and the Webster Justice Courts.  

7.    Resolution to advertise for bids for sludge hauling for the Town of Webster Sewer Department.

8.    Resolution to schedule a Public Hearing to consider a new local law permitting the appointment of alternate members to the Town of Webster 

          Planning Board and the Town of Webster Zoning Board of Appeals.

9.    Resolution to approve an Industrial Use Permit for Daniel Cooper (signage business), located at 590 Salt Road, C-18.

10.  Resolution to amend the Resolution and Final Order Establishing Klem Road Water District, Extension #4 changing the name to Klem Road 

           Water District Extension #6.  

11.  Resolution to amend the resolution and Final Order establishing Klem Road Water District, Extension #4 Bond Resolution, changing the name 

          to Klem Road Water District Extension #6.
