Applicant Bruce Ferrara is requesting PRELIMINARY / FINAL SITE and SUBDIVISION APPROVAL for the establishment of 2 residential lots for the construction of two single family homes. The location involves parcel number 079.19-1-1.2 having 1.43 Acres, located in a in R-3 District (Single Family) under Section 192-17 & 18 and 228-5 & 8 of the Code of the Town of Webster. 

2. NICOLE WOODS SUBDIVISION- Located at 1850 Lake Road, Applicant Peter Gerritz is requesting PRELIMINARY / FINAL SITE and SUBDIVISION APPROVAL for a 5 lot single family subdivision single. The location involves parcels having SBL#37.030-01-38; #37.030-01-39; and #37.030-01-40 totaling 23.019 Acres, located in a in LL District (Single Family Large Lot) under Section 192-17 & 18 and 228-5 & 8 of the Code of the Town of Webster. 


SCHEDULED MATTERS:

1. AZALEA VILLAGE SIGN - Located at 975 Abigayle Way. Applicant CDS Monarch is requesting SIGN APPROVAL to install a 16.0 square foot free standing sign, under Section 178-4f of the Code of the Town of Webster. 

2. OLLIE’S BARGAIN OUTLET SIGN - Located at 950 Ridge Road. Applicant Sign and Lighting Services is requesting SIGN APPROVAL to install a 263.4 square foot façade sign and replacement panels on the monument sign having 16.0 square feet , under Section 178 4f of the Code of the Town of Webster.
