Webster Athletic Association ('WAA' Baseball), a not-for-profit organization associated with Williamsport Little League Baseball, has been serving the community for roughly 50 years. This past year approximately 2,000 boys and girls participated in our programs.
While considered to be a "summer sport", WAA Baseball provides year 'round activities to assist kids of all ages in continuing to develop their skills. Special clinics, Sandlot leagues, Tournament Teams and many other activities are available to maintain a continuous involvement in baseball.
They have leagues for kids as young as 5-6 years old all the way through to when they graduate from High School. Their goal isn't to be the 'winningest', but to teach the fundamentals, encourage players growth and skill, and to have fun with the best sport in the world.
The Webster Athletes Association Girls Softball is a 100% volunteer organization whose charter is to provide the girls of Webster with an opportunity to play organized softball. The goals are to teach the fundamentals of softball, to stress the importance of teamwork, to encourage sports-women-ship and fairplay, and mostly to have fun!!
It takes a lot to manage the annual activities of all of these programs, but it's through the volunteer work of parents and families (like yours) that put it all together.
