1.   WEBSTER WOODS CAR WASH: 

Located at 801 Ridge Road. Applicant Webster Woods LLC is requesting a use variance to allow for the construction of a car wash business within the Webster Woods Plaza on a 1.24-acre parcel having SBL# 079.17-1-85 located in a MC Medium Intensity Commercial District under Section 225-17 of the Code of the Town of Webster.

2.   CEA FRESH FARMS PROJECT AT STATE ROAD: 

Petitioners “Webster, Where Open Space is Worth Preserving Inc.” and “Webster Citizens for Appropriate Land Use” are requesting an INTERPRETATION of the zoning code to determine if a proposed greenhouse farming operation is a permitted use in the Large Lot Residential Zoning District, whether or not R-3 lot coverage restrictions would apply under Sections 225-11(B)(2), 225-73(D), 225-108(D)(1) and 225-108 (E)(2)(a) of the Code of the Town of Webster and pursuant to Monroe County Supreme Court Order – Index E 2019 011898 dated May 18, 2020.

Located at 954 Gaywood Lane. Applicant Ashley Barth is requesting area variances to allow for: 

a.   A 10’ side setback, where 15’ is required associated with the construction of an addition to the principal residence under Section 225-11 B (5)(b)[1] of the Code of the Town of Webster;

b.   A 29’ front setback, where 50’ is required associated with the construction of a front porch under Section 225-11 B (5)(a) of the Code of the Town of Webster;
