[ARCHIVED] Webster Police Department Update for June 5, 2020:

Webster Police Department Update for June 5, 2020:

Good morning and happy Friday, everyone.

Many people have asked questions about our patrol readiness for this weekend.

We will have extra patrols this weekend, just as we did last weekend. We won’t reveal the specifics for officer safety reasons, but we have extra people working in marked and unmarked cars this weekend.

Please, do not call 911 to ask questions about posts seen on social media. We need 911 lines open for emergencies and calls for suspicious conditions. You can screen shot what you see and send via PM here. We will be monitoring this page and will send that intelligence off to the people who need it. Thank you!

Do call 911 for things you hear or see in your neighborhood that are suspicious or out of the ordinary.! Call right away. Officers will respond as soon as possible to check it out.

We will update this Facebook with factual and timely information about significant incidents occurring in Webster. We will also post to Twitter as soon as possible. The Facebook/Twitter monitor person is also working patrol this weekend and will do their best to update between calls.

Have a great day!
