Regular Town Business:

1.      Consideration to approve purchase orders, bills, and prepaid warrant as submitted by the     Director of Finance.

2.      Resolution to set a public hearing for February 4, 2021, regarding the establishment of a Progressive Development Overlay District (PDD) at 875 Publisher's Parkway to allow for senior housing in an O-P District

3.      Resolution to approve the General Orders of the Special Police of the Town of Webster.

4.      Resolutions for Zoning Board of Appeals appointments.  

5.      Resolution for Highway Law 284 to spend highway funds in 2021.

6.      Resolution for an application for an Industrial Use Permit for PackRat, a storage container business that is looking to relocate to Boulter Industrial Park in Webster.
