Pledge of Allegiance ~ Roll Call

Executive Session: pursuant to POL Section 105 (1)(f) to discuss employment of a particular person.

7:30 p.m.

The regular Town Board Meeting will begin and will be open to the public.  It will also begin on Spectrum channel 1303 and live-streamed on the Town website.

Open to the Floor - each speaker will be allowed five minutes

Public Hearings:  1.  Public Hearing to enact a local law amending the notice provisions for Public Hearings under Chapter 95 of the Webster Town Code.

                              2.  Public Hearing to enact a local law amending the notice provisions for Public Hearings under Chapter 192 of the Webster Town Code.

                              3.  Public Hearing to enact a local law amending the notice provisions for Public Hearings under Chapter 225 of the Webster Town Code.

                              4.  Public Hearing to enact a local law amending the notice provisions for Public Hearings under Chapter 228 of the Webster Town Code.

 Minutes to be considered for approval:     May 20, 2021

Regular Town Business:

1.      Consideration to approve purchase orders, bills, and prepaid warrant as submitted by the Director of Finance.

 Due to COVID restrictions, the following guidance applies to this board meeting:

 To participate in person:

 • For fully vaccinated visitors, mask wearing, and social distancing are no longer required.

 • Unvaccinated/partially vaccinated visitor are still required to wear masks and maintain social distance.

• Proof of vaccination will not be requested nor recorded.
