Minutes to be considered for approval:  November 4, 2021

Regular Town Business:

1.   Consideration to approve purchase orders, bills, and prepaid warrant as submitted by the Director of Finance.

2.   Resolution to authorize the transfer of up to $350,000 from General Fund to finance the completion of capital 

      projects H0211 Finn Property Storm Water Retention Pond and H0212 Webster Thomas High School Stream  

      Restoration.

3.  Resolution to approve a budget amendment to transfer $150,000 from the General Town Wide Fund to 

     capital project H0211  Finn Property Storm Water Retention Pond. 

4.  Resolution to approve a two percent (2%) Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA) wage increase for permanent 

     part-time employees effective January 1, 2022.

5.  Resolution to award Costich Engineering the engineering portion for Phase I of the Linda Lane Sanitary 

     Sewer Project in the amount of $3,000.00.

6.  Resolution to adopt the 2022 Town Department Fee Schedule.

7. “Possible” Resolution of the Webster Town Board designating Webster Emergency Medical Service (WEMS)

      as the provider of EMS services for the Town of Webster as of January 1, 2022. 

8.  Resolution to set a Public Hearing on December 2, 2021 to adopt Cold War Veteran’s Exemption, to be 

     published in the Webster Herald on November 24, 2021.

9.  Resolution to award and allow the Supervisor to sign a contract for consultant services for the Highway

     Facility Feasibility Study and Conceptual Design Proposal.

 • Unvaccinated/partially vaccinated visitor are still required to wear masks and maintain social distance.
