            LEGAL NOTICE is hereby given that the Town of Webster Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, August 28, 2018, at 7:00 P.M. prevailing time, at Van Ingen Court Building, 1002 Ridge Road, Webster, New York, in the following matters:

Pledge of Allegiance.


726 SHANLEE DRIVE: Application for area variances at 726 Shanlee Drive, Webster, New York, to allow:

The installation of a six (6) feet high fence on the lot line where a ten (10) feet setback is required by Webster Town Code § 225-77( C);

The installation of a six (6) feet high fence located in the front yard which is not permitted pursuant to Webster Town Code § 225-77(B) and § 225-77( C); and,

A 1.5 foot side setback for an existing covered patio where a 4.0 foot setback was permitted by the Zoning Board of Appeals Resolution #1278 dated June 26, 1973;

Each, by Applicant Theodore Fingland, at 726 Shanlee Drive, Webster, New York.


765 RIDGE ROAD:  Application for a use variance at 765 Ridge Road, Webster, New York, to allow the construction of an auto sales lot into the Low Medium Residential District, where such use is not permitted, pursuant to Webster Town Code § 225-14A, by Applicant John B. Gabriele, at 943 Ridge Road, Webster, New York.


112 LAKE ROAD: Application for area variances at 112 Lake Road, Webster, New York, to allow:

A 14.0 feet rear setback, where 55.0 feet is permitted, pursuant to Webster Town Code § 225-10(B)(6)( c); and,

An 18.0 feet front setback, where 70.0 feet is required, pursuant to Webster Town Code § 225-10(6)(a)(11)..

763 DEWITT ROAD:  Application for an area variance at 763 Dewitt Road, Webster, New York, to allow a 35.0 foot rear set back, where forty (40) feet is required, pursuant to Webster Town Code § 225-111(B)(5)( c), by Applicant Gaetano Mangione, of 763 DeWitt Road, Webster, New York.


The Town of Webster Zoning Board of Appeals reserves the right NOT to hear applications after 10:30 P.M.
