Town Board Appointment of Mr. John J. Cahill
Swearing-In Ceremony: Mr. Terry Bourgeois presiding to swear John J. Cahill, Town Councilman

Public Hearing:

1. To consider the formation of the Tall Birch Subdivision Drainage District, as an extension of the Town of Webster’s Consolidated Drainage District.

2. To consider the formation of the Winding Creek Woods Drainage District, as an extension of the Town of Webster’s Consolidated Drainage District.

Regular Town Business:

1. Consideration to approve purchase orders, bills, prepaid warrant, transfers and budget amendments as submitted by the Director of Finance.

2. Resolution to appoint Councilman Cahill as the Town Board representative to the Webster Area Fire Council.

3. Resolution to appoint Councilman Cahill as the Town Board representative to the Library.

4. Resolution to appoint Councilman Cahill as the Town Board representative to the Cable Access Dept.

5. Resolution to authorize the Superintendant of Highways to spend Town Highway Funds, budgeted for 2019 in the amount $1,941,700.00, for general repairs and improvements on Town of Webster town highways, pursuant to the provisions of Section 284 of the
Highway Law, and to expend funds for permanent improvements as detailed in the agreement on file in the Town Clerk’s Office.

6. Resolution to authorize the Supervisor to allow the Highway Department to maintain the Town Hall parking lot and affiliated service roads, up to, but not limited to, snow and ice removal.

7. Resolution to authorize the Supervisor to allow the Highway Department to perform work at and/or for the Sewer Department and the Parks & Recreation Department at various locations throughout town.
