1.  801 RIDGE ROAD, WEBSTER, NEW YORK:  **Requested Postponement** 

Application for a use variance at 801 Ridge Road, Webster, New York, to permit, license, or approve a proposed car wash use, where such use is not permitted, pursuant to Webster Town Code § 225-17(A).By Applicant Webster Woods Plaza IV, LLC, by and through their attorney, Christian Nadler, Esq. with offices located at 9 Mima Circle, Fairport, New York 14450. 


2.  1074 – 1083 GLEN EDYTH DRIVE/BAY BLUE SUBDIVISION MODIFICATIONS:  **Requested Postponement**

Application for various area variances at Lot R-3 of the Glen Edyth Drive/Bay Blue Subdivision to permit, license, or approve the following relief: 

     1. An area variance to amend the Bay Blue Subdivision to permit two (2) proposed docks on parcel R-3, where only one (1) dock is allowed, pursuant to Webster Town Code § 140-B(1)(b). 

     2. An area variance to amend the Bay Blue Subdivision to approve a proposed a zero (0.0’) foot setback, where 10.0’ feet is required, pursuant to Webster Town Code § 104-7(E) and § 225-28(F). 

     3. An area variance to amend the Bay Blue Subdivision to approve setting the proposed dock area at a 510.0’ square feet, where 200.0 square feet is required, pursuant to Webster Town Code § 140-8(B)(1)(b). 

     4. An area variance to amend the Bay Blue Subdivision to allow a proposed dock length of 102.0’ feet, where 50.0’ feet is required, pursuant to Webster Town Code § 140-8(B)(1)(b). SCHEDULED MATTERS: 


1.  707 DEWITT ROAD:  Application for an area variance at 707 Dewitt Road, Webster, New York, to permit, license, or approve the placement of a proposed 6.0’ Tall Fence in the front setback, where such placement is not permitted, pursuant to Webster Town Code § 225- 77(B).By Applicant Keegan Catalano of 707 Dewitt Road, Webster, New York 14580. 


2.  1161 TWIN LEAF TERRACE:  Application for an area variance at 1161 Twin Leaf Terrace, Webster, New York, to permit, license, or approve a proposed 14’ X 10’ Sunroom and existing 10’ X 12’ Deck with a 15.0’ foot setback, where 20.0’ feet is required, pursuant to Resolution #02-107.By Applicant Ms. Judith Saper, represented by Patio Enclosures, maintaining offices at 123 Despatch Drive, East Rochester, New York 14445. 


3.  241 INSPIRATION POINT:  Application for an area variance at 241 Inspiration Point, Webster, New York, to permit, license, or approve a proposed 12’ X 14’ House Addition with a 12’ X 12’ Deck with a 6.4’ foot side setback, where 15.0’ feet is required, pursuant to Webster Town Code § 225-11(B) (5) (b) (1).By Applicant Brian Bohannon of 241 Inspiration Point, Webster, New York 14580. 


4.  1100 FRAWLEY DRIVE:  Application for five (5) area variances at 1100 Frawley Drive, Webster, New York, to permit, license, or approve a Shed and 30’ X 40’ Pole Barn Construction seeking the following relief for each structure, respectively: SHED: Application for an area variance to permit, license, or approve a proposed Shed having a 0.0’ foot rear setback, where 15.0’ feet is required, pursuant to Webster Town Code § 225-43. POLE BARN: Application for four (4) area variances to permit, license, or approve. 1. A proposed 1200 square foot Pole Barn, where 462 square feet is permitted, pursuant to Webster Town Code § 225-36(A)(3). 2. The proposed Pole Barn to be located in front of the rear of the principle dwelling, where such location is not permitted, pursuant to Webster Town Code § 225-36(A)(2). 3. The proposed Pole Barn to have a 10.0’ foot side setback, where 15.0’ feet is required, pursuant to Webster Town Code § 225- 11(B)(5)(b)(1). 4. The proposed Pole Barn to have a 30.0’ foot rear setback, where 50.0’ feet is required, pursuant to Webster Town Code § 225- 11(B)(5)( c). By Applicant Patrick G.
